Yes, we offer two(2) types of warranty. One is a warranty offered by our manufacturer. This can range between 1-2 years depending on the device (you can check this on the respective device page). The second is a 1-1 Replacement Warranty offered by CryptoBilis. You can read more about our warranties here.
If you find your device faulty or malfunctioning during the warranty period, we will first suggest you some troubleshooting option, if your device is still unable to be restored, Cryptobilis will replace the device to a new device locally with no extra charge. However, you will be required to ship the items back to us for a replacement. You may read our complete replacement terms and instructions here.
